What we collect

- Client information. Where you become a client, the financial and personal information necessary to give advice and to meet our regulatory obligations.
- Website information. Basic technical data such as pages visited and approximate location, used only to understand how the site is used.
Why we hold it
We process personal information to respond to enquiries, to provide advice and manage client relationships, and to meet legal and regulatory obligations — including those imposed by the Financial Conduct Authority and anti-money-laundering legislation.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become client relationships are deleted after a reasonable period. Client records are retained for the period required by our regulatory obligations, which is generally at least six years after the relationship ends.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers acting on our instructions, and with regulators or other authorities where we are legally required to do so.
Your rights
You have the right to ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, to have inaccurate information corrected, and in certain circumstances to have information erased or its processing restricted. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below.
